Job Description

We are looking for a chef with a creative flair and passion for health, nutrition and innovation. This exciting role will involve product development, recipe development, customer presentations, food styling and photography for use on social media and other marketing activities. This role will bring innovative ideas to life and the successful candidate will work with the product development team and marketing team to create, develop and deliver an exciting calendar of events. We are looking for a chef with a creative flair and passion for health, nutrition and innovation. This role will bring innovative ideas to life and the successful candidate will work with the product development team and marketing team to create, develop and deliver an exciting calendar of events.

The successful candidate will be equipped with market research and will have a clear understanding of our customer’s needs, combined with their own passion to deliver products and recipes that meet the needs and inspire our customer’s.

Experience
• Minimum 2 years` experience of working in a food service kitchen.• An understanding of ingredients and nutrition• Passion for food and food development – Experience with high quality cuisine• Food creativity and innovation – genuine passion for recipe creation and health• An appreciation of the challenges in passing recipes through a factory• Ability to work cross-functionally• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Excellent presentation skill – training background desirable• Commercial acumen – Numeracy: ability to determine net profitability of lines and of recipes.• Excellent organisational skills; the role will involve juggling many projects simultaneously at different stages of development.
