Job Description:

  • Business Development – identifying new opportunities and developing and presenting a business case on behalf of Good4U
  • Food Service Key Account Management – setting sales targets and objectives
  • Proactively develop and maximise PR opportunities in the UK, France & Netherlands
  • Organise & represent Good4U at networking opportunities, trade shows & consumer shows
  • Achieve Sales financial objectives and KPIs
  • Continuously maintain up-to-date market information by collecting, analysing and summarising data and trends
  • Develop sales and marketing budgets by customer for approval by marketing director
  • Provide strong leadership and management to your team in the UK and France and in collaboration with them develop effective sales plans to ensure sales objectives are achieved

Essential Requirements:

  • Ability to work on own initiative to identify, develop and drive business growth opportunities
  • Proven effective time manager
  • Commercially minded
  • Customer focused with a natural ability to build authentic customer relationships
  • Driven to seek new business
  • Sales experience in a target driven environment is essential
  • Good knowledge of the food industry and experience in FMCG
  • Excellent presentation, strategic thinking, negotiation and closing skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft programmes
  • Fluency in European languages is an advantage
  • Full clean driving license
