- In a large frying pan, on a medium heat, melt the butter, add the prawns and lemon juice
- Whilst the prawns are cooking, tear and rinse the lettuce, grate the carrot and slice the tomato, avocado, celery and cucumber to preference
- Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl with the Good4U Super Sprouts
- Once prawns are cooked take off heat and drain
- Arrange salad on plate and drizzle with dressing and sprinkle Good4U's Omega Super Seeds on top
- Place cooked prawns over the salad and enjoy!
