Avocado & Prawn Salad

  1. In a large frying pan, on a medium heat, melt the butter, add the prawns and lemon juice
  2. Whilst the prawns are cooking, tear and rinse the lettuce, grate the carrot and slice the tomato, avocado, celery and cucumber to preference
  3. Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl with the Good4U Super Sprouts
  4. Once prawns are cooked take off heat and drain
  5. Arrange salad on plate and drizzle with dressing and sprinkle Good4U's Omega Super Seeds on top
  6. Place cooked prawns over the salad and enjoy!
