Blackberry Frangine Tartlets

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees (Gas mark 4)
  2. Grease tartlet moulds well
  3. In a bowl add the dry ingredients and mix
  4. Add the melted butter and eggs and mix well
  5. 3/4 fill the tartlet moulds with the frangipane mix. Place 2 blackberries and 1/3 teaspoon of jam on top. Don’t use too much jam or blackberries or it will sink to the bottom
  6. Cover the Blackberries with more of the frangipane mix
  7. Sprinkle generously with Coconut Super Seeds, Orange Super Seeds or Super Seed Sprinkles
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes
