Ingredients
1handful ofGreensSelect greens of your choice
1handful ofBroccolini
Sea Saltto taste
Instructions
  1. Roast butternut squash, lightly coated in olive oil and seasoned with salt for approx 25 mins at 180°C
  2. Blanch broccolini in boiling water until tender
  3. Chop avocado
  4. Place all ingredients together in a bowl and dress with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
  5. Season with salt & pepper
