Focus Overnight Oats
You can have everything done for this breakfast the night before and just grab it as you run out the door in the morning.

Prep Time:10 minutes
Cook Time
  1. Place oats & milk of your choice into a bowl or jar
  2. Layer your jar with apple, yoghurt & seeds
  3. Leave to soak for at least three hours, overnight if possible.
  4. Drizzle some honey & seeds on top to serve (optional)
  5. Enjoy!
