Good4U Apple & Cinnamon Porridge

40gmOatsOrganic or Gluten Free
200mlCoconut Milkor Coconut Water
Cinnamon to serve
  1. Put the oats in a saucepan and pour in the milk or water
  2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring from time to time and watching carefully that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan
  3. If using a microwave, mix the oats and milk/ water in a large microwave proof bowl and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes, stirring halfway through
  4. To serve, pour into a bowl, add the Apple and Cinnamon Super Seed Snack, stewed apple and cinnamon
