Easy, flourless and sugar free banana oat pancakes are a healthy, filling breakfast served with fresh fruit and can be made in minutes.

  1. Place the Oats in a blender until they are a flour-like consistency
  2. Add the bananas, eggs, baking powder & cinnamon and blend until smooth
  3. Mix in almond milk until the mixture is the pancake batter-like consistency & allow mixture to stand for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat
  5. Add one large tablespoon of mixture to the pan for each pancake
  6. Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides
