  1. Place the oats in a small pan, cover with 600ml (1 pint) water, place over a low heat and cook until thick but still creamy
  2. Serve with banana and sprinkle the milled Good4U Super Fruit & Seed mix on top

This recipe uses Good4U Super Fruit & Seed mix.
For this recipe, we milled the seeds using a coffee bean grinder to give a powder like effect.
Note that young children could choke on seeds if not milled.
