150mlMilk
1tblspChia Jam
1handful ofMixed Berries(strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions
  1. Place the oats in a small saucepan with the milk
  2. Bring to a high heat then simmer for 5 minutes
  3. Serve in a bowl topped with Coconut Super Seeds & a handful of berries of your choice
