- Preheat the oven to 180C/355F/Gas 4
- Place the porridge oats, almonds, Super Seeds, coconut, cranberries, raisins and honey into a large bowl and mix well
- Spread the oats mixture onto a baking sheet and place into the oven to bake for 20 minutes
- Remove the granola from the oven and set aside to cool. Once the granola has cooled and set, break into chunks and place into a large bowl
- Serve with a dollop of your favourite greek or natural yoghurt
