Porridge with Cinnamon, Stewed Fruits & Good4U Seeds

Ingredients
1/2cupMilk
1/2 tspCinnamon
2tspHoney
1/3cupWater
1handful ofCranberries
Instructions
  1. Place the oats and milk in a pot and cook at a low simmer, over a low heat for 10 minutes
  2. At the same time add a handful of cranberries (or berries of your choice), honey, cinnamon and water to a second pot and simmer until soft
  3. When the porridge and fruits are cooked, place in a bowl and sprinkle with Omega Super Seeds and cinnamon to taste
