5smallPumpkinsPeeled & diced
2smallPotatoes
500mlMilk
500mlWater
1tblspMargarine
1pinch ofGround Nutmeg
Instructions
  1. In a large saucepan cook onion in butter. Add pumpkin, potatoes, water, ground ginger, ground nutmeg and season with salt and pepper
  2. Cook for 20 minutes or until pumpkin and potatoes are tender
  3. Add milk, blend until smooth, sprinkle a handful of Good4U Chilli Seed Mix and serve
