1/4head ofWhite CabbageThinly sliced
1/2head ofCeleriacsShredded
1bulb ofFennelThinly sliced
  1. Prepare all of the veg by grating and slicing
  2. Stir through the Lentil Sprout Mix
  3. For the dressing: Place all dressing ingredients in a food processor and blitz until creamy
  4. Taste and adjust with seasoning
  5. Stir through the dressing and serve!
