Mark Morrissey

Mark Morrissey is a qualified Nutritionist and is a registered member of the Association for Nutrition (AFN). He attained his qualification in Ulster University after first completing a BSc in Health Science and physiology.

Mark has an untold passion for sport and personal development which has served as major motivators for his choice to follow a career in Nutrition. From his own personal background as an Elite Amateur Golfer, Mark hugely values and understands the relationship between optimal performance and nutritional intake.

Since attaining his qualifications, he has gained experience working with a number of Elite Sports performers nationally along working with people in the community.


Shelly Butler

Michelle Butler is a CORU registered dietitian and is a member of the Irish Nutrition and Dietetic Institute (INDI). She attained her qualifications from Kings College London and prior to this she completed a BSc Hons in Human Nutrition at the University of Ulster, where she contributed to published research on the effects of Watercress on Colorectal Cancer.

In 2009 she was awarded the prestigious ‘Mary Breslin Award’ for Highest Achiever on completion of a Diploma in Business Management from Smurfit Business School, Dublin. Michelle has gained a wealth of experience in industry and healthcare in both the private and public sector, managing a clinic in Harley street London as well as consulting in NHS GP nutrition clinic specialising in weight management, digestive disorders, nutrition support, exclusion diets and diabetes. In recent years she has developed a keen interest in improving workforce welfare and spent 2 years working as Googles EMEA onsite dietitian. Her mission is to enable people of all ages to live healthier lives, by providing simple; no nonsense nutrition tips.
